Daily publication of Prices

Units issued will be accumulation units i.e. no outflows of funds until the redemption

Qualification
Portal members to undergo credit appraisal prior to issuance of house. Only one house can be purchased by a member on this platform.

Redemption
This is done after a minimum holding period of 3yrs or house purchase whichever is earlier, to encourage savings discipline and also in line with fund objectives.
